She spent a crazy amount of time with us, made sure we were completely satisfied and also took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything that we could have asked for. I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person. I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business. Read more
